Man fatally shot inside Bronx park: NYPD

CONCOURSE, the Bronx (PIX11) — A person died after he was shot inside a park within the Bronx early Saturday morning, police stated.

Police responded to a 911 name of a taking pictures at round 2 a.m., in keeping with officers. They discovered a 27-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive inside Joyce Kilmer Park, on the nook of East 161st Road and Grand Concourse. He was taken by EMS to a hospital, the place he was pronounced lifeless.

An investigation by police is ongoing. No arrests in connection to the lethal taking pictures have been made.
