ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police say a person was shot and killed by police in downtown Albuquerque early Sunday morning. In a video posted to Twitter Sunday morning, Police Chief Harold Medina stated whereas officers had been ending up a name for service on the Lodge Andaluz round 3:30 a.m., a person drove as much as them and stated he had a gun and the officers had been going to need to shoot him.
